Sunday Mornings

10:00am Combined Worship Service
The service is lead by the Chancel Choir that always delivers a stirring anthem, and our Pastor always has a powerful message to share. It's a combination of the Contemporary & Traditional Serves. People come to this service to quietly experience the power of God and His Love.

Children's Church
Held during each Worship Service for ages 2-5, in the Kindergarten Sunday School Classroom, located at the south entrance across from the choir room - room 110. Bring your child to either worship service and he/she will be taken to Children's Church after the Children's Time. You can pick up your child immediately after the service.

Nursery
Maylo loves children, and we provide a well-staffed nursery for ages less than 2 years during all church functions. The nursery is in room 106

Kids for Christ
Children grades 3-6. Classroom is located in room 213.

Youth Groups
Youth Grades 6 - 12 Curriculum: Study on problems that teen face. Class room is in the Youth Room, located downstairs next to the kitchen.

C.E. Wilson Class
Men 50+. General Bible study topics of interest to men. Classroom is downstairs near the North end - room 101.

Friendship Bible Class
Made up of singles & couples. Selected study series. Classroom is located upstairs in room 203.

Ruth Class
Adult women of all ages. Curriculum: International Lesson Series. Classroom is located downstairs in room 105.

Suzanna Wesley Class
Adult women ( Older Women ). Curriculum: International Lesson Series. Classroom is downstairs in room 103.

Advent Fellowship
Open to women of all ages. Curriculum: International Lesson Series. Class room is located downstairs in room 112.

United Methodist Youth Fellowship
Sunday evenings at 4:00pm in the Youth Room.
Made up of youth grades 6-12. Curriculum is a special study series on problems that teens face today. Maylo challenges the youth to have a closer, personal walk with God. The Youth classroom is located across from the kitchen in the Fellowship hall.

6:00pm	Join us for Dinner! A light meal is served each Wednesday night in the Fellowship Hall. Cost is $2.00 for adults, $1.00 for children, under 5 yrs old, free.
6:45pm	Adult Bible Study w / Pastor Jeff - A thought provoking Bible Study that challenges you! Each session begins with an update on everyone in need of prayer as well as each other, followed by an in-depth Bible Study.
6:45pm	Children & Youth Activities
	Children's Groups
	-Clowns with a Heart - Children 3rd-5th grade. They have a ministry to the homebound. Classroom is upstairs on the south entrance, room 213 -Whirlybirds-Children from 5yrs to 2nd grade. Room is upstairs on the south entrance, room 214.

7:30pm	Choir- They meet each Wednesday night at 7:30 pm in the Choir Room (room 113)

The United Methodist Men: The UMM is a fellowship and service group for the men of all ages in the church. This group meets on a Sunday morning every two months for a good breakfast and planning meeting. This group of men sponsor a yard sale each November and special dinners for the congregation at Christmas and Valentine's Day. They also come together to help people in need - raking leaves, fixing a car or carrying firewood. It's a great group and is open to all men.

The United Methodist Women: The UMW is the primary women's group in the church. They come together quarterly on a Saturday mornings for devotions, prayers and planning. This group is open to all women in the church and when ever they meet,nursery care is provided for moms with young children. One of the greatest project that the UMW undertook last year was the "adoption" of the Rosewood Nursing Home - they got to know the residents and then bought Christmas gifts that they really needed - and their efforts were wonderfully received! The UMW sponsors what they call a "Festival of Tables" where they sell tickets for a catered dinner and teams of women "go alll out" creating/decorating themes for each table - a "Western" theme here and a "chocolate" theme there...fun evenings!

Seniors in Action: Seniors in Action meet the Second Tuesday of each month at 10:30 in the fellowship hall of the church. This group is for retired people in the community and their programs are designed to educate seniors on everything from fire safety to Medicare and sometimes are designed to just have fun. This group always starts with a devotion and always closes with a pot-luck lunch - a good time!
